The Egg Pump is made from medical grade silicone, to reduce the risk of bacteria & infections after use.

The Egg Pump consists of 3 parts to clean; the Suction Control Hub, Connector and Collector. We recommend thoroughly washing each part with hot water after emptying all collected milk. Hot water should not be more than 70 degree celsius.

We strongly advise against cleaning the Egg Pump with UV Sterilisers or Steam Cleaning; the heat will deform the silicone and potentially make the Egg Pump unusable.

The Egg Pump is designed to be used in-between pumping sessions, whether you're at home or at work. You can also use it simultaneously while pumping with one of our Breast Pumps.

We recommend using a bra that provides a supportive, snug fit to hold the Egg Pump in place. We recommend wearing a full-coverage nursing bra that's stretchy and does not have underwire or padding.

Our Portable Milk Warmer is compatible with most wide neck bottles; including Avent, Spectra, Nip, Chicco and Combi.

For other bottle brands, you will need to buy a separate Adapter to attach our Milk Warmer to your bottle. We have Adapters available for the following brands:

The Portable Milk Warmer is compatible with any Type C USB Cable.

At full charge, the Portable Milk Warmer can be used 5-6 times, depending on the volume of liquid heated and the temperature setting.

The Portable Milk Warmer takes roughly 10 minutes to heat up a bottle of milk from chilled to the desired temperature setting. The time is also dependent on how much milk needs to be heated.

The Portable Milk Warmer can be used with all types of milk, water and puree. This Warmer should not be used with solids like baby food or porridge.

We recommend washing the Milk Warmer with hot water after every use. The interior of the Milk Warmer is made from food-grade stainless steel and is safe for washing with hot water.

Please ensure the charging port is closed tight before washing to prevent water damage.

A UV Steriliser is a device that uses ultraviolet rays to eliminate bacteria from the surface of items. These rays are safe for most materials and eliminates 99.9% of bacteria after a full sterilisation cycle of 10 - 30 minutes.

You can safely sterilise and dry any baby bottles, plastics, toys or cloths. We highly advise against using the Drying function for any electronics or battery-powered devices with this Steriliser, as it risks damaging the internal components.

The UV House Steriliser has a storage capacity of 16 Litres. You can comfortably store up to 12 baby bottles inside the Steriliser or a combination of other baby essentials like toys and cloths.

The UV House Sterilizer comes with a default warranty period of 12 months from when you receive it. This warranty period covers any issues or defects to the Sterilizer's component.
