How do I clean Flow Lactation Massager™?
Wipe the surface of the lactation massager with a wet cloth after use. Store in a cool, dry place in the provided pouch between usage.
How long does the battery last?
The Flow Lactation Massager™’s battery lasts 60 minutes of total usage and requires 120 minutes to fully charge. The duration of usage may differ depending on the selected Temperature modes
What temperature options does Flow Lactation Massager™ have?
The Warming Mode has three temperature options (38°C, 40°C, 42°C) while the Cooling Mode has one temperature option (12°C).
When should I use Flow Lactation Massager™?
Flow Lactation Massager™ is suitable for use if you’re currently experiencing sore & tender breasts, painful lumps, or difficulties in expressing your milk. If the pain is too intense even after usage, please consult a medical professional.
Can I use Flow Lactation Massager™ for other purposes?
Yes, you can use Flow to relieve other sore muscle groups like your legs, arms, shoulders and neck.
What is the warranty period?
Flow Lactation Massager™ comes with a default warranty period of 1 Year, starting from when you receive it. This warranty covers any issues or defects with the Flow Lactation Massager™. However, this warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage caused by human error or misuse.
What is your warranty policy?
All defective & damaged products will be replaced 1:1 with the same product. Please contact our customer support team with your receipt and/or order number to claim your warranty.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders fulfilled in West Malaysia take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders made before 11AM will be fulfilled on the same day.
All orders in East Malaysia will take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.
